Cardiorespiratory programs differ with age. In this situation, the age that is taking the general health program is young adults of age 20-30 who have a passion for training and keeping fitness.The general health program is a program that mainly fit best for beginners in the program. The program will help people in losing weight ad keeping normal fitness. This exercise will be done very regular for people participating to adapt to it and choose whether they want to continue other forms of cardiorespiratory programs. The program will be done four times every week. The more frequent the exercise will be done the better the people will recover from any overweight and maintain the fitness discipline and commitment is required for every participant.During the duration of four times in a week the intensity of the exercise will vary from the start of the exercise to how it will end. Since most of the people in the program will be beginners, the intensity of the training will be less tough in the first week, and it will intensify slowly with time up to the tie all the people will adapt, and towards the end, it will be highly tense with hard training. The total amount of training each day will be 2-3 hours for the first three weeks and 4-5 hours after the three weeks. This will give time for the people to adjust and adapt to the training.The training will take the form of a combination of both the resistance and cardiovascular training. At the beginning of the exercise, I will utilize the resistance training program. To be specific, the resistance band and free weight loss will be the main activities after a warm-up of about 30 minutes after a period of 3-4 weeks according to how the people in training will have adopted. I will then start changing to cardiovascular tra ining. The cardiovascular training that I will mainly use is swimming, jogging, and aerobics.There are many challenges that cardiorespiratory programs face. To begin with, it is not easy to adapt to a training session of three to four times a week. Many people who sign up for this program end up giving up on the second week. Many of this people complain that they feel pain all over their bodies. The other challenge is a lack of discipline in training. Many people want to do what they feel like and change the program. This makes it tough to achieve the goals that are set at the beginning of the training.
